To fax: Stand on standard 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper, diagonally for a large foot. Take a pen or pencil (use straight up) to outline foot. Trace between big toe (and little toe if double toed hides are ordered). Scribe inside of arch and note if arch is high, medium, or low. Repeat for opposite foot.

To send via mail: Footprint can be taken on brown paper bag or standard copy paper as described above. Specify style and color.
